Bookpad acquired by Yahoo for $8.3 million

Bangalore-based IITGian startup Bookpad (rechristened DocsPad) has become the first Indian tech startup to be bought by Yahoo, going from creation to acquisition in just one year. Bookpad, founded by IITGians Ashwik Reddy, Niketh Sabbineni,  and Aditya Bandi, offers document viewing, annotation and editing solutions. Read full ET article.
